Namaste, I’m Mina Raut , a certified yoga instructor with more than 10 years of experience helping people develop strength, flexibility, mindfulness, and inner well-being through yoga.

My passion lies in combining the transformative benefits of yoga with the inspiring landscapes of the Himalayas. I lead specialized Yoga Treks in Nepal , including the popular Everest Yoga Trek , where participants can experience daily yoga and meditation practices while surrounded by some of the world's most breathtaking mountain scenery.

Over the years, I have worked with students of all experience levels, from complete beginners to dedicated practitioners. My approach focuses on creating a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone can enjoy the physical and mental benefits of yoga at their own pace. Whether it's a morning yoga session overlooking Himalayan peaks or a guided meditation after a day on the trail, I aim to help participants feel refreshed, centered, and connected to their surroundings.
