About the Pilgrimage Tour
Nepal, a land of timeless spirituality and religious heritage, is a must-visit destination for those seeking divine connection and cultural richness. With over 80% of its population practicing Hinduism and a deep-rooted Buddhist tradition, Nepal is home to some of the most revered pilgrimage sites in the world. This Pilgrimage Tour invites you to explore the country’s sacred temples and shrines, immersing you in the spiritual essence of the Himalayas.
The journey begins in Kathmandu, the cultural and spiritual hub of Nepal, with visits to Pashupatinath Temple and Swayambhunath Stupa. These UNESCO World Heritage Sites offer profound insights into Hindu and Buddhist traditions. From there, we embark on a scenic drive to Pokhara, stopping at the Manakamana Temple, revered for its wish-fulfilling goddess and accessible via an exhilarating cable car ride.
The tour continues with a short flight to Jomsom, where breathtaking mountain views greet you. From Jomsom, we visit the sacred Muktinath Temple, a place of worship for both Hindus and Buddhists, known for its eternal flame and holy water spouts. Returning to Pokhara, you’ll explore Tal Barahi Temple on Phewa Lake, Bindabasini Temple, Davis Falls, and other iconic sites.
The trip concludes with a drive back to Kathmandu, allowing time to reflect on the spiritual and cultural experiences before your departure. Throughout the journey, you’ll stay in comfortable accommodations and enjoy guided tours, ensuring a fulfilling and seamless pilgrimage experience.
Tipping Recommendation
We recommend allocating 10-15% of your total tour cost to tipping guides, drivers, and other hardworking staff who ensure your experience is unforgettable. While tipping is not mandatory, it is a meaningful way to support the seasonal workers who dedicate themselves to making your trip extraordinary.
By booking with us and participating in the tipping culture, you are directly contributing to Nepal’s local economy and helping sustain the tourism workforce. This support is crucial in retaining talent within the country and addressing challenges like brain drain.
Your generosity makes a lasting impact—thank you!
